Chef Cory Hogue, owner of www.RoamingChefofNaples.com joined me on a two day cooking spree. We were recently hired by Porky's Last Stand Specialty Sausage Company, a subsidiary of Randolph Packing Company based out of Chicago. With over 75 years experience, Randolph Packing Co. is an industry leader in manufacturing high quality fresh, frozen, cooked and smoked "Old World Style" ethnic sausage, specialty sausage and sausage related products.
